In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Ryan Detrick, Chief Technical Strategist at Schaeffer's Investment shared his take on Wall Street action.
Further Detrick said that it is just a matter of time for the S&P to make new high. He further added that Dow is up nine days in a row.
