India did not experience any heat wave conditions for a fourth day running, with the rainfall deficit narrowing further to 10.9% compared with 13.8%, improving the country’s power situation.

India’s average reservoir levels are also likely to improve, they were down 16.7% from normal on June 27, compared with 8.7% last week.
