When JPMorgan CEO was asked at a recent event on how he maintained high productivity, he replied instantly: "I love what I do." The billionaire banker then proceeded to list pointers that help him organise and structure his life and work better ensuring better productivity.

One of the highlights of his speech was that when he is in meetings, Dimon does not use his phone at all, and neither does he check for notifications on his devices.

"I'm never harried, I'm never late, I've always done my pre-reads. In my meetings, I do not have my phone, I do not get my notifications on my iPad. I'm looking at you, I'm focused, I'm learning from you," he said.

Dimon has been making headlines over the past few weeks over his comments on working from home and his clear message to JPMorgan staff to resume working from the office five days a week despite concerns from employees.

"I completely respect people that don't want to go to the office all five days a week. That's your right. It's my right. It's a citizen's right," he told CNBC in February. "But they should respect that the company is going to decide what's good for the clients, the company, etc., not an individual."
