Building owners are not only offering better architectural designs, but are also providing a suite of newer technologies that make buildings smarter, greener, and safer for the occupants. Honeywell believes that smarter buildings make smarter cities.

In 2015, Honeywell launched the Honeywell Smart Building Score™ in India, a first-of-its-kind global tool to measure a building’s smartness. The self-assessment tool assesses 15 technology asset groups in a building that make it green, safe, and productive, based on the building assets’ overall capability, coverage, and uptime.
