Swamy moves SC against Maran-owned Sun Group

BJP senior leader Subramanian Swamy has launched a fresh assault on Kalanithi Maran run Sun Group.Swamy has moved Supreme Court against the issue of licence to radio channel Red FM.

There is no security policy in place with respect to use of radio waves and the Home Ministry has not issued any security clearance, Swamy has pleaded to the Supreme Court.
