Square Enix, the Japanese game development and publishing company, has announced that it will lean heavily on AI for future game development projects.

In the short term, Kiryu said that the goal would be, "to enhance our development productivity and achieve greater sophistication in our marketing efforts", and in the long term, they hope to, "leverage those technologies to create new forms of content for consumers".
