If you happen to forget the device passcode to the Apple Vision Pro headset, you may have to take it back to the store to reset it.
Customers, who forgot their passcodes, are being instructed by Apple to take their headsets back to the store for reset. The support staff is also tackling issues with problems arising from Optic ID, which uses a retina scan to authenticate the device.

According to Bloomberg, customers posting on Apple's community forums have said the agents "were caught off guard" by the problem and "apologised for not being better prepared.”
The headset doesn't come with a USB Type-C port, which means you cannot connect it to a Mac or a PC for troubleshooting. The only way is to buy a special strap accessory that sells for $300 and is meant for developers to help them test their apps on the headset.

Since its launch in early February, the headset has received mostly positive reviews. Apple doesn't expect the headset to be a blockbuster product thanks to the hefty price tag but early adaptors do seem to be loving the product.
