The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) firm, Exotel, has unveiled a suite of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions named 'House of AI.' This integration includes Generation AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to enhance customer engagement.

The AI solution supports various LLMs, allowing cloud or on-premise setup and selects models for specific requirements such as text summarization, sentiment analysis, and translation. This makes advanced language processing user-friendly and efficient, according to a media statement released on January 10.

Anil Kumar, CTO of Exotel, emphasized the importance of understanding small details in customer conversations. He stated, "The House of AI enables a meticulous understanding of customer intent, emotional state, and sentiment within every dialogue."
