Apple's Vision Pro headset to hit the shelves in the US on February 2

Apple has announced that the anticipated mixed reality headset, Vision Pro, will go on sale starting February 2 in the US.

Pre-orders for the headset are set to begin on January 19. The headset was announced at last year's WWDC, and runs a custom operating system called visionOS. It is meant for both virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications.

The headset starts at $3,499 (approx. Rs 2,90,000) for the base variant with 256GB storage. It will come with Light Seal cushions, polishing cloth, USB Type-C cable, and an USB Type-C adapter.
