iPhone 4 and Samsung Nexus S have made it to the Space Shuttle, Atlantis, and now the iPad is all set to take over the skies. FAA has approved that the iPad can now be officially used in cockpits to assist pilots, instead of the traditional manuals.
ZDNet reports that American Airlines will be the first to get authorization for its pilots to use the device during all phases of the flights.
