Holo Theme required on ICS devices for accessing Android Market

Google has now clearly stated that the 'Holo' theme will be mandatory on all Ice Cream Sandwich devices, especially if the users would need access to Google's range of apps, including the Android Market.Just like its recent makeovers, this step is purportedly aimed at a consistency in the user interface. It will help app developers with a standard theme, irrespective of the device or manufacturer. Now, this doesn’t mean that manufactures can’t customize their devices based on this newest flavor of the Android OS.
