Quad calls for punishing perpetrators of Pahalgam terror attack without any delay

The four-nation Quad grouping on Wednesday called for bringing the perpetrators, organisers and financiers of the Pahalgam terror attack to justice without any delay and urged UN member nations to extend cooperation for it.

In a clear message to China that came amid concerns over Beijing's military muscle-flexing in the region, the Quad grouping reaffirmed its commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific that is free from "coercion" and strongly opposed any unilateral actions to change the status quo by force.
