Buy PSU banks, Tata Steel, Hindalco: Sudarshan Sukhani

This time it is easier because there are some banks which are giving us clear signs of strength while the Bank Nifty is relatively laid back. Bank of Baroda which is giving us a flag and a sense that a significant rally is in the offing in YES Bank and IndusInd Bank but more than the private sector banks it is the public sector banks which are giving us small bases are being built. There is more room on the upside. So, I would be a buyer, focusing on PSU banks today not on the private banks and not on the Bank Nifty." "Tata Steel and Hindalco Industries are now on the verge of breakout. I would be a buyer in both of them. We have to understand that the gap ups are not good points to buy. So, if they are not necessarily day trades but the targets for these would be fairly decent and we should be on the long side," he said.
