Add TCS, Infosys in portfolio: Harendra Kumar

Harendra Kumar of Elara Capital told CNBC-TV18, "If you look at the tech results, most of them have disappointed. In the last quarter the trend was sell Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and buy some of the under-valued companies like HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra. We will add TCS back into our portfolio with an overweight followed by Infosys."

"Infosys' situation is similar to that of Indian markets, where you want to do structural changes but earnings are not coming. Investors are betting on these structural changes coming up. We don’t see a price cut sharper than this at this point of time, 3-4 percent lower in Infosys should get accumulated by investors," he said.
