Railway stocks were trading firm post two major mishaps in last 1 week. At least 63 passengers were killed and about 250 injured when 15 bogies of a speeding Delhi-bound Kalka Mail derailed yesterday -- the second major train mishap in a week in Uttar Pradesh.

Texmaco has touched an intraday high of Rs 32.70 and an intraday low of Rs 32.10. At 11:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 32.50, up Rs 0.50, or 1.56%. It was trading with volumes of 18,266 shares.

Titagarh Wagons has touched an intraday high of Rs 414.00 and an intraday low of Rs 410.10. At 11:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 413, up Rs 5.70, or 1.40%. It was trading with volumes of 612 shares.
Kernex Microsystems (India) touched an intraday high of Rs 97.90 and an intraday low of Rs 96.80. At 11:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 97.90, up Rs 1.40, or 1.45%. It was trading with volumes of 1,618 shares.
Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) touched an intraday high of Rs 107.40 and an intraday low of Rs 106.50. At 11:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 107.20. It was trading with volumes of 2,566 shares.

The derailment took place at 12.20 PM when the packed train from Howrah reached near Malwa station, nearly 120 kms from Lucknow quoting PTI.
