Ajmera Realty is looking good, says Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research of Eastern Financiers.
Agarwal told CNBC-TV18, "Oberoi Realty and Godrej Properties are debt free and can be bought for a very longer term but the best pick in this entire space would be Ajmera Realty, which is totally debt free and they have some of the good projects in Bombay region. I think that company can give you good returns and they are not surrounded by any of the problems which the realty sector is into right now."
Ajmera Realty trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 2.90 per share. (Jun, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 38.66. The latest book value of the company is Rs 94.08 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.19. The dividend yield of the company was 1.25%.
