My first call for the day is a buy call on Jaypee Infratech with a target price of Rs 48.65. The company recently commissioned its expressway and that should see the company also receiving some additional income by way of toll. With the global markets been taking on a risk on trade we have seen the stock breach a crucial level on the upside and from this level I see the momentum taking it forward to its target price of Rs 48.65.
My second call for the day is Titan Industries with a target price of Rs 236. It has been moving upwards and in line with the international prices of gold also moving up and with liquidity coming back into the system, I see a possible risk on trade and that is why Titan could move up to hit its target price of Rs 236.
My third call for the day is a buy call on Tata Steel. It had recently fallen quite a bit on the negative sentiment on what’s going on in the Euro zone, however now that the ECB has announced the buyback of bonds we are seeing a risk on trade which could probably give an impression that there is an inflationary trend on which could move commodity prices higher and we have seen Tata Steel break a very crucial technical level on the upside. So it could now move to its next level of Rs 379 with a stop loss of Rs 364.
My fourth call for the day is a buy call on Yes Bank with a target price of Rs 343 and a stop loss of Rs 331. It is the fastest growing private sector bank and I think all the concerns regarding the financial sector seemed to be dissipating given the liquidity is expected to come in on account of the solution that is thought of for the Euro zone. I think this is a bank that is a good investment even from a long-term perspective.
