Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) are in deep downtrends. There is nothing to buy there. Every rally is a short selling idea. A large bearish pattern has been made, it is going much lower."
At 14:48 hours IST, Rural Electrification Corporation was quoting at Rs 192.75, up Rs 8.35, or 4.53 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 194.00 and an intraday low of Rs 186.30.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 267.50 and 52-week low Rs 184.95 on 04 January, 2013 and 26 July, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 27.94 percent below its 52-week high and 4.22 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 19,033.27 crore.
