SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com told CNBC-TV18, "I don't think that now there will be much downside in Hindustan Copper. This is one of the largest amount where the government will be mobilising maybe close to about Rs 500 crore or so via diluting 4.01 percent stake in the company."

"If one really takes a conservative or the pessimist floor price for offer for sale (which will he held on Wednesday), I don't think that it is likely to be lower than Rs 65-66 per share," he added.
