Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "Real estate stocks are ripe for big declines today and the second of course will always be banks because the banking index is underperforming, has given us very bearish patterns.”

At 09:43 hrs DLF was quoting at Rs 191.65, down Rs 1.25, or 0.65 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 192.40 and an intraday low of Rs 188.80. The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 6.13 per share. (Mar, 2013). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 31.28. The latest book value of the company is Rs 84.36 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.27. The dividend yield of the company was 1.04 percent.
