Since markets are mildly cheerful we will go and buy. First buy JSW Steel, it is one metal stock that has been in a trading range while most others have fallen. Yesterday it has seen some very good gains on the verge of a breakout above the range. May be we can see sustained momentum on the upside today.
 
Buy Bata India. It is doing all the right things, it is gaining yesterday again and the chances are that the gains will continue and close at the top of the day. SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com Century Textile looks a good short-term buy at around Rs 293 and the stock can move to a level of Rs 310 in this month itself largely because the cement stocks have seen renewed buying. And apart from that if you really see this stock behaviour in last one week or so we have seen good accumulation and good quantity having acquired by informed circle in the range of about Rs 280-285. This could be termed as a mini breakout which can make the stock to move to about Rs 310 in next couple of weeks. VK Sharma of HDFC Securities
The entire textile sector did well yesterday with lead taken by Arvind, but since it has increased by 8 percent my choice for traders is Raymond. In which long positions were not added, but volumes were high by around 20 percent as compared to Wednesday. Price also went up by around 2.8 percent. My suggestion here is to buy Rs 290 call which was available at around Rs 12, keep a tight stop loss at Rs 9 and hope to sell this at a price of Rs 20. Even if the stock were to go up by Rs 10-12, I think the premium target would be achieved. Yes Bank added 3 percent positions on the longer side, the stock went up by 1.5 percent, it closed at around Rs 507. My suggestion here is to buy the 520 Call which was available at around Rs 13, keep a tight stop loss at Rs 9 in this and hope to make Rs 9 by selling this Call Option at Rs 22.
