Negative on HCC: SP Tulsian

SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com told CNBC-TV18, "I had been keeping my negative stance on Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) for last one-one and half year. If one really see the Lavasa controversy which is forming a large chunk of that and out of focus the company has really gone on their core business. Two things are really very critical. On Lavasa in spite of the huge marketing drives which they have initiated, I do not think that much relief is seen coming in and the concerns on the core business continues to remain where they do not have any focus, where there is no order inflow, where there is contraction in the margin. So, overall they have the double whammy of the presence in the infrastructure space having the unremunerative order and the core business," said SP Tulsian
