My first pick for the day is Bajaj Auto. After remaining between Rs 1,400 and Rs 1,800 for more than a year, stock has seen a breakout from a weekly consolidation pattern. This breakout has a potential to see a level upto Rs 2,250. Currently, the uptrend is strengthening and hence the stock can be bought for a target for Rs 2,200 with a stop loss of Rs 1,900.
My second pick for the day is IndusInd Bank. Stock has seen a sharp rally from the level of Rs 360 upto Rs 429, which was its all time high. After making all time high, the stock has been retracing down and making lower lows-lower high pattern on a daily closing basis.
Recently, it has also closed below its short-term moving average indicating that it could see further lower levels and hence can be shorted for a target of Rs 380 with a stop loss of Rs 415.

My first stock suggestion for short-term is Castrol India. This counter has fallen from the levels of Rs 335 to Rs 285 and now it is being consolidated. We may see some kind of retressive move on the upside in this counter in coming sessions. One can buy Castrol around Rs 291.50 with stop loss of Rs 286 on closing basis. Expect target of Rs 300 and next target of Rs 305 in next two-three trading sessions.
My second stock suggestion for short-term is Petronet LNG. We have seen good momentum in last trading session in this counter. We may see some kind of breakout on the upside in this counter soon. One can buy Petronet around a rate of Rs 163 to Rs 164 with stop loss of Rs 160 on closing basis expect a target of Rs 170 in next two-three trading sessions.
