Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com is of the view that one can buy Indiabulls Real Estate.
Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “I would buy Indiabulls Real Estate. The charts are no longer what they were earlier whether it is for Indiabulls Real Estate or for HDIL. For Indiabulls Real Estate the decline similar to HDIL did not come, there is a sense of doing nothing but the stock is still a buy. The trend has not changed.”
At 12:41 hrs Indiabulls Real Estate was quoting at Rs 75.00, up Rs 1.60, or 2.18%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 75.45 and an intraday low of Rs 73.85. It was trading with volumes of 568,539 shares, compared to its five day average of 2,076,728 shares, a decrease of -72.62%.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 83.90 and 52-week low Rs 46.30 on 22 February, 2012 and 04 September, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 10.61% below its 52-week high and 61.99% above its 52-week low.
