Buy Jet Airways, SpiceJet; short Wipro: Aashish Tater

Buy Prestige Estates Projects for a target of Rs 138.50 and a stop loss of Rs 128.50. The stock posted good set of numbers and we feel the stock is likely to see positive momentum. Even we were anticipating very good set of numbers from the company. Buy Jet Airways for a target of Rs 431 and a stop loss of Rs 409. We suggested a long on this particular stock in yesterday’s trade with the same logic. We feel the technical pattern the way it has shaped out closing above Rs 392 was crucial. Now it has given that closing, with the same closing the stock is likely to test Rs 458 in days to come. Buy SpiceJet for a target of Rs 28.50 and stop loss of Rs 26.70. We feel this particular stock will remain positive even in today’s trade with the way the government has taken steps for aviation as a sector. Thus this could be a very good bet from short-term perspective. Short Wipro for a target of Rs 400 and stop loss of Rs 421. Wipro has shown that they are likely to grow at 1.5-2 percent of revenue on an average but we feel this could be another disappointment just like Infosys disappointed couple of quarters back it is very premature to take a call on Wipro in terms of valuation expansion.
