Brigade Enterprises has signed a JV deal with Government of Singapore, reports CNBC-TV18.

Brigade Enterprises has signed a JV deal with Government of Singapore. The company is going to invest Rs 100 crore in JV. The JV will develop residential projects. The expected revenues are of Rs 700 crore in next 3-4 years, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It touched an intraday high of Rs 53.40 and an intraday low of Rs 50.25. At 09:20 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 52.80, up Rs 4.15, or 8.53%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 43,135 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down at Rs 48.65.


The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 10.63 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 4.99. The latest book value of the company is Rs 105.40 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.5. The dividend yield of the company was 2.83%.
