The company is going to sell 50% stake in Shaw Rolta JV for over Rs 150 crore, quoting Sources, reports CNBC-TV18.It was trading with volumes of 98,844 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.80% or Rs 2.55 at Rs 143.85.
