MTNL plans to setup wind power plant; stock rises 2%

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) is planning to setup wind power plant in Maharashtra with an initial investment of Rs 100 crore, reports Business Standard. It touched an intraday high of Rs 45.15 and an intraday low of Rs 44.30. At 09:39 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 44.90, up Rs 0.95, or 2.16%.

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) touched an intraday high of Rs 45.15 and an intraday low of Rs 44.30. At 09:39 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 44.90, up Rs 0.95, or 2.16%.


The company is planning to setup wind power plant in Maharashtra with an initial investment of Rs 100 crore, reports Business Standard.
Its ADR was down 1.97% at USD 1.99.
 
It was trading with volumes of 26,202 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 2.87% or Rs 1.30 at Rs 43.95.
