We have seen good short covering rally last week in L&T and we are also heading towards the levels of Rs 1,770. We feel that going into February we should see some strong breakout on Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
We are recommending buying of a 1,750 strike February Call that could be bought in the range of Rs 60-64. We are keeping a target of Rs 110 and may be one could keep a stoploss of Rs 40.
Tata Motors had a fantastic series so far in January but we feel that uptrend should continue but since the near term may be a bit stretched. We are recommending a bulls spread, so one could possibly buy a 600 strike February Call that is quoting at around Rs 26 and sell a 640 strike Call that is quoting at around Rs 11. So the net cost comes to about Rs 15 we could keep a target of Rs 32-35 and may be a stop loss of Rs 7.
