Manpreet Gill, Senior Investment Strategist, Standard Chartered believes that the lack of new reform measures and strong decisive measures in India to rein in the deficit is a concern for foreign investors.

According to Gill, domestic fiscal related factors and valuation related measures are the two factors at play for foreign investors.
