FPO likely by 2nd week of Feb: SAIL

India's second largest steel company Steel Authority of India (SAIL) said its follow-on public offer (FPO) was likely by second week of February, reports CNBC-TV18 DJ.

India's second largest steel company Steel Authority of India (SAIL) may come out with its follow-on public offer (FPO) by the second week of February, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting Dow Jones.

The company may file initial share prospectus on January 20. Earlier, in an interview with CNBC-TV18 on December 24, CS Verma, Chairman of SAIL had said that the FPO will happen by early February 2011. Also Read: FPO will happen by early February, says SAIL At 12:13 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 186.75, down Rs 1.85, or 0.98%. Current market capitalisation stands at Rs 77,135.23 crore.
