V-Mart Retail’s revenues for the third quarter ended December were up 10.4 percent at Rs 265 crore versus Rs 240 crore for the same quarter last fiscal. However, EBITDA margin was down at 11.3 percent versus 14.2 percent and net profit was also down 37 percent at Rs 15 crore versus Rs 24 crore.
Lalit Agarwal, CMD, V-Mart Retail while detailing the Q3 numbers and way forward for the company said the Same-store sales growth (SSSG) was weak in Q3 due to weak footfalls which impacted profits.
