Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has revised the record date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 02:30 PM IST.
The record date for determining the entitlement of members to receive the final dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share for FY 2024-25 has been fixed as Tuesday, September 09, 2025. This dividend will be paid to members who are entitled to receive it and cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
This decision was made pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.
The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about the revised record date via Ref. No. DTTS/Sec/25-26/45, referencing previous communications DTTS/Sec/25-26/29 and DTTS/Sec/25-26/37, and NSE Circular Ref. No: 268/2025, date September 04, 2025, regarding the declaration of settlement holiday on account of EID as on September 08, 2025.
