IT attrition may go up in two quarters: Offshore Insights

According to Sudin Apte, CEO and Principle Analyst, Offshore Insights, companies in the IT sector have dramatically changed from what they were a few years ago. All companies are changing and accomodating to meet client requirements.

According to Sudin Apte, CEO and Principle Analyst, Offshore Insights, attrition rate in the IT sector has currently stabilised. But as the demand picks up, the supply of human resource will not remain in tune.

He says that companies are trying to restructure their business format so as to try and work out ways to meet client requirements. Companies try to understand how to get new blood into the organization, how to work on leadership that is in a position to galvanize the company to meet new requirements

Q: What is your assessment of how the IT stocks have moved in general and the situation about senior level departures and the impact it would have on the operations?
