Tata Elxsi to consider dividend

Tata Elxsi Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011. The Board would also consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year 2010-2011.Source : BSE
