Nutraplus Products India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26. 2013 approved the Allotment of 3,00,000 Equity Shares on conversion of Convertible Warrants issued on PreferentialBasis, in accordance with the approval sought from the members of the Company at the Extra ordinary General Meeting held on May 28, 2012.Source : BSE
