The Bombay High Court on May 10, 2013 has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of Fame India, Fame Motion Pictures, Big Pictures Hospitality Services and Head Strong Films Private with Inox Leisure.

Fame India Ltd has informed BSE that Bombay High Court on May 10, 2013 has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) of Fame India Limited (Transferor Company 1), Fame Motion Pictures Limited (Transferor Company 2), Big Pictures Hospitality Services Private Limited (Transferor Company 3) and Head Strong Films Private Limited (Transferor Company 4) with Inox Leisure Limited (Transferee Company).Source : BSE
