This Diwali was special for Nayanthara as she celebrated with her loved ones, wearing one of the most exquisite sarees, accessorised with gold jewellery. She shared pictures of precious moments on Instagram along with a note of gratitude.
Soaked in the festive spirit, the actress wrote, “This Diwali felt different — full of warmth, full of love, and the feeling of finding home in the people around me. May the light stay within and around us, always.” The pictures also featured South superstar Chiranjeevi and his eldest daughter, Sushmita.

Nayanthara looked breathtaking in a green silk saree from Neela by Anu Vardhan, a brand that celebrates the art of handwoven sarees. The striking drape featured elegant rudraksham motifs with a grand mango design above the pallu. On the actress, the drape looked rich and luxurious, paired with a matching sleeveless blouse that added a subtle modern touch.
The green hue, symbolising prosperity and growth, looked even more stunning against the magnificent backdrop of festive lights and marigold décor. Her minimal styling with the understated yet glamorous drape enhanced her natural beauty. She accessorised with a pair of statement gold jhumkas and a bangle.
True to her signature style, her makeup was dewy and radiant, with a nude lip shade and well-defined eyes. Her hair was styled in a sleek bun that gave her a sharper appearance. While she looked elegant, her husband Vignesh Shivan twinned with her in a matching green kurta and white pyjama. The most adorable detail was their kids dressed in matching traditional outfits.

Vignesh also shared many pictures from their Diwali celebration with friends from the industry. One of them shows Nayanthara glowing in a black and gold saree, tied perfectly around her frame, while Vignesh looked dapper in a simple white kurta.
