Reflecting on her early struggles and her journey into acting, Nora shared, "Due to some circumstance in my family, my brother and I were complete alone and we have to survive on our own. We were very young, I was just 17 years old, I had never worked before, we had no home, and no money. Suddenly all these responsibility fell on me and I didn't know what to do. Then as a performer I started belly dancing. I believe that if belly dancing hadn't come into my life I might not have been able to follow my dreams, come to India or become an actress."
Despite these hurdles, including having to practice her dance moves in secret amid discouragement, she remained steadfast in her pursuit of her dreams. Her resilience and determination ultimately allowed her to overcome the obstacles in her path.
Nora Fatehi rose to prominence after her stint on Bigg Boss 9 and made her Bollywood debut with Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans.
