The highly anticipated partnership between Vijay Deverakonda and filmmaker Ravi Kiran Kola has moved forward with the release of a striking announcement video. The video that came out on Thursday confirms that the first look at the movie will be released on December 22, which makes people even more excited for the actor's next movie.
In the announcement video, director Ravi Kiran Kola gives a powerful monologue about a character he has carried with him since he was a child. He says that the main character is a real man who is angry, flawed, and deeply hurt. "I loved him as much as I hated him, and I knew his story had to be told," he says. The video is shot all at once, and it ends on a haunting note, showing the main character's injured, blood-stained right hand. This is a visual cue that hints at the film's raw, violent, and emotionally charged story.

People are still curious about the title of the movie. Earlier this year, producer Dil Raju hinted at Rowdy Janardhana, but it's still not clear if the creators have decided to keep that name or come up with a new one. The next title glimpse should put an end to the rumors.
The project is currently known as SVC59, which is its working title. It was made by Dil Raju under the SVC Creations banner. Reports say that the movie takes place in the rough terrain of Rayalaseema and has strong political themes. Keerthy Suresh is the main female character and Vijay Deverakonda is the main male character.
Dino Shankar is the production designer, Praveen Raja is the costume designer, and Anand C Chandran is in charge of cinematography. In October, the movie had its official premiere, and it is planned to come out in theaters in early to mid-2026.
Vijay Deverakonda has another project in the works, too: an untitled movie with director Rahul Sankrityan. This is just one more thing that makes the actor's schedule even more exciting.
