Upasana Kamineni Konidela often advocates for women and their independence. The entrepreneur looks forward to empowering women, and has lent extensive support for their betterment.
However, on International Women's Day, Upasana has encouraged women to become financially independent, to make their own choices, live the life they want, and plan for their future without relying on others.
The entrepreneur said, “Financial independence isn’t just about earning money—it’s about having the power to make choices.”
Upasana explained that being financially independent means having control over your money. This includes being able to earn a living, save, budget, invest, and make choices about your money without relying on others. It also means being prepared for the future, including retirement, healthcare, and unexpected expenses.
The entrepreneur further noted, “When a woman is financially independent, she has the freedom to shape her life on her own terms, support her family without constraints, and contribute meaningfully to society.”
