A shocking burglary took place at the residence of popular Telugu actor Vishwak Sen in Hyderabad’s Film Nagar on March 16, 2025. Reports indicate that the thieves stole approximately Rs 2.2 lakh in cash along with gold and diamond jewellery. The actor’s father, C. Raju, also known as Karate Raju, promptly filed a complaint with the local police after discovering the crime.

According to initial reports, the burglary happened on the third floor of the house, where Vishwak Sen’s sister, Vanmai, resides. The incident allegedly took place around 5:50 AM, at a time when the actor was not at home. Vanmai woke up to find her room in disarray and immediately alerted her father. The family had reportedly been away for two days prior to the burglary.
After receiving the complaint, police officials arrived at the crime scene to collect evidence, including fingerprints and other clues. They also reviewed CCTV footage from the surrounding area to identify the culprits. Investigations are ongoing, and authorities have already detained a few suspects for questioning.
