The Tamil sports drama Bison Kaalamaadan, starring Dhruv Vikram, had a modest start at the box office upon its release on October 17, 2025. According to industry trade reports, the film collected Rs 2.5 crore on its opening day.

The movie recorded an overall Tamil occupancy of 31.98% on Friday. Its Day 1 (2D) occupancy gradually picked up as the day went on — beginning with 23.01% for the morning shows, slightly improving to 24.55% in the afternoon, then 27.34% in the evening, and finally rising to 53.03% during the night shows.
