Priyanka Chopra sells her four luxury apartments in Andheri, Mumbai for Rs 16.17 crore

Bollywood actress and global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas has made headlines once again, this time for a significant real estate deal in Mumbai. She has sold four luxury apartments in Andheri West, Mumbai for a total of Rs 16.17 crore. These apartments are located in the Oberoi Sky Gardens project, a high-end residential complex in the Lokhandwala area, known for its premium properties.

The transaction details reveal that the four apartments are spread across the 18th and 19th floors of the building.

Three of them are individual units, while the fourth is a jodi flat, meaning it is a combined unit spanning across two floors. The first apartment, located on the 18th floor, has a built-up area of 1,075 square feet and was sold for Rs 3.45 crore, with the buyer paying a stamp duty of Rs 17.26 lakh. The second apartment, also on the 18th floor, is slightly smaller at 885 square feet and was sold for Rs 2.85 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh.

The third apartment, situated on the 19th floor, covers an area of 1,100 square feet and fetched Rs 3.52 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 21.12 lakh. The largest unit, a jodi flat spanning both the 18th and 19th floors, measures 1,985 square feet and was sold for Rs 6.35 crore. This unit alone required a stamp duty payment of Rs 31.75 lakh. The deal was officially registered on March 3, 2025.
