Taking to Instagram, Priyanka condemned the brutal assault and extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims.

In a poignant post, she described the incident as “reprehensible,” emphasizing the innocence of those who were caught in the violence. “What happened in Pahalgam is reprehensible. People were there on vacations, honeymoons, celebrating with their families. Just taking in the beauty of Kashmir. So many innocent lives were caught in a storm they never asked for. Targeted, right in front of their loved ones,” she wrote.

Priyanka’s message reflected the collective grief and disbelief that has gripped the nation following one of the deadliest attacks in recent times. On Tuesday, unidentified gunmen opened fire on a group of tourists near the picturesque region of Pahalgam, leaving behind a trail of destruction and loss.
