The Coldplay "kiss cam" controversy that recently swept the internet has now been given his own unique twist by well-known YouTuber MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson.

A Jumbotron camera captured Astronomer CEO Andy Byron cuddling with the company's head of human resources, Kristin Cabot, during a Coldplay performance in Boston. The incident went viral and sparked a tonne of internet memes and conjecture.

Both Byron and Cabot, who are reportedly married to other people, attempted to duck the infamous “kiss cam,” but their awkward body language only fuelled the flames.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin even joked mid-performance, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” sending the audience into fits of laughter.

Now, in a cheeky nod to the scandal, MrBeast has offered fans a chance to win two VIP tickets to an upcoming Coldplay concert—with a twist. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, “I bought two VIP Coldplay tickets and one random person that tags their boss in the replies will win them! (if you win watch out for the Jumbotron),” alongside a photo of himself holding the coveted tickets.
