Bollywood superstar, Kartik Aaryan, who is currently making waves with his anticipated biographical drama 'Chandu Champion,' is gearing up to continue filming 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.' The production team will resume shooting by the month's end. For those who may not know, this Anees Bazmee-directed film began shooting in Mumbai in March and subsequently moved to Kolkata.
"Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" is moving swiftly through its production phases. Kartik, who also starred in 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,' a post-pandemic hit is returning for another super-hit blockbuster.
The report indicates that Kartik, alongside co-star Triptii, will head to the town of Orchha in Madhya Pradesh for their next shooting schedule at the end of June. Orchha was chosen for its authentic aesthetic, which aligns with the film's storyline. The team is expected to stay there until July before progressing to their final filming phase.
The source from the production team told Hindustan Times, "Kartik and Triptii will be going to Orchha, Madhya Pradesh towards June end for the next schedule of the film. The location will give a very rooted aesthetic vibe as is the requirement of the story. The team will be stationed there till July. Post that, another schedule is planned for shoot before the film wraps up."
Orchha, famous for its Mughal-era landmarks like Raja Mahal, Jahangir Mahal, and Chaturbhuj Temple, will likely serve as a backdrop for several scenes in the film.
During the break from shooting, Kartik promoted his latest biopic "Chandu Champion," receiving widespread acclaim, while Triptii enjoyed a vacation in Italy. Both are set to reunite for the continuation of 'BB 3.'
Joining Aaryan and Dimri, "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3" will see the return of Vidya Balan, who headlined the original film in 2007. Additionally, Madhuri Dixit Nene will be making her debut in the franchise, with Anees Bazmee back in the director's chair for this third installment.
The film is scheduled to release during Diwali 2024.
