Adria Arjona' sex scenes with Glen Powell in ‘Hit Man’ shot during crazy rash; ‘We were both in so much pain’

Sex scenes in movies definitely give audiences (if not all, but most) a jolt in your hormones. But it’s not always as fun as it seems for actors on screen. Apart from the heavily choreographed scenes, the whole sequence is quite tedious. Here’s what made it worse on set for the latest comedy/action film, ‘Hit Man’ starring Glen Powell and Adria Arjona.

There might be some very steamy scenes in the film, but the 'Andor' series star and Powell weren’t having a good time in terms of sexiness. Things took a horrible turn when someone accidentally added Dawn dish washing soap into a bathtub where the stars were filming in. On a podcast of “Just For Variety,” Adria spoke on the scene, “That strips you of all your oils of your skin. That’s used for baby ducks when there’s an oil spill for God’s sake. We soaked in this bathtub for an hour and I get out of the tub and all of a sudden I dry myself and I can’t bend my knees because I have no oils.”

Pain wasn’t the only ill effect of the scene, both Powell and Arjona ended up covered in dreadful rashes all over. Despite everything, the show had to go on. “That was the day that we filmed all of our sex scenes – all of them with a crazy rash,” Arjona recalled, further adding, “We were both in so much pain. We would just die laughing, ‘How much makeup do you have on your ass right now?’ I was like, ‘So much, it’s not even funny.’

The Puerto Rican actress went on to add that throughout the filming of the bathtub sex scene, Powell and Arjona, kept saying that they had “so much fun” but people took to it in a totally different way. “We had fun because it was so funny. We were both like in pain, with make up all over this rash. We were just like, ‘I cant believe this is happening to us the day of these scenes.”
