The structured tailoring, combined with her confident poise and accessorised with Bulgari jewels, paid tribute to this year’s theme — Superfine: Tailoring Black Style — which celebrates the influence of Black dandyism on contemporary fashion.

Nick Jonas complemented her look seamlessly in a matching black-and-white Balmain ensemble, exuding vintage flair with a modern sensibility. The couple’s united sartorial front stood out as one of the most impactful entrances of the evening.

The 2025 Met Gala theme and dress code — Tailored for You — highlights the evolution of menswear and suiting in Black fashion culture, inspired by the groundbreaking book Slaves to Fashion by Monica L Miller. According to curator Andrew Bolton, the exhibition reflects how Black style has used tailoring as a form of resistance and self-expression.

Just a day prior to the gala, Priyanka was spotted at an exclusive dinner hosted by Johnnie Walker Vault, celebrating the Balmain collaboration, where she mingled with stars like Lupita Nyong’o and Hunter Schafer.
