Rahul, who consciously chose not to enter the film industry, revealed that this decision was deeply influenced by his personal struggles. “The scars are still very much there, although they have lightened over the years,” he said, acknowledging the emotional burden he carried through much of his youth. “There was a lot of anger within me growing up, particularly because people kept making fun of me and my mother. Other kids used to ridicule me by saying that my father had left my mother. Children can be very brutal.”

He described himself as a loner during his formative years. Social rejection and constant judgment from peers took a toll on his mental and emotional well-being. “I was always lonely. People didn’t want to associate with me. So, I was and continue to be a loner. But that anger never actually left. It has subsided, yes, but not entirely gone,” Rahul confessed.
